Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking to be part of an exciting, fast-growing tech business?

We're seeking a proactive, highly organised individual to join a dynamic team as an Executive Assistant (EA), supporting the leadership team in a variety of administrative and travel-related tasks.

The Role: As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations for our leadership team. This is a hybrid role, with traditional EA duties and a focus on managing international travel arrangements.

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid Model – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain the calendars, emails, and schedules for senior executives.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
    • Assist with general administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
    • Act as the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the leadership team as needed.
    • Coordinate and manage international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the leadership team.
    • Ensure all travel arrangements align with the team's preferences and business needs, while adhering to budgets and schedules.
    • Stay on top of travel logistics, including visa requirements and travel policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in booking international travel, with a keen eye for detail and cost optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior executives and external partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach and a positive attitude.
  • Strong tech skills, with familiarity in office software and communication tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom).
  • Ability to work independently while remaining adaptable and collaborative in a dynamic start-up environment.
