About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support Two Founding Directors alongside a dedicated Administrative team. This is an initial temporary role which requires an individual that will bring a "can do" attitude to a hardworking and supportive team. This role is based Full time in Melbourne's City Fringe.
Responsibilities
- Diary & email management.
- Travel Management for Directors and wider team.
- Booking internal and external meetings for Directors.
- Coordination of conference calls for Directors.
- Ad hoc Personal Support as required.
- Assist with project administration tasks as required.
- Provide general Administration and support to the wider office where required.
- Assist the communications and Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks.
- Other general support tasks as required.
- Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks often on competing timeframes and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take initiative.
