Key Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining and managing accreditation, ensuring all educational programs meet industry standards.
- Support in-person and virtual education events, managing registrations, attendee tracking, and post-event communications.
- Upload, curate, and maintain educational content, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
- Manage inquiries from healthcare professionals, providing guidance on programs and platform use.
- Generate reports on program attendance, engagement, and compliance to support internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Experience in event coordination, education administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
