About the Role
As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end bid process. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate proposals, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality submissions that align with business strategy. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on large-scale, high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Drive the bid process from opportunity identification to submission.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with subject matter experts, bid writers, and senior executives.
- Bid Tracking & Management: Maintain bid schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Content Development: Assist in writing, editing, and formatting bid responses.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure bid submissions meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of bid outcomes, maintain the bid library, and support continuous improvement.
- Experience in bid coordination, project management, or proposal writing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
