About the Role

As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end bid process. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate proposals, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality submissions that align with business strategy. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Drive the bid process from opportunity identification to submission.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with subject matter experts, bid writers, and senior executives.
  • Bid Tracking & Management: Maintain bid schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Content Development: Assist in writing, editing, and formatting bid responses.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure bid submissions meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of bid outcomes, maintain the bid library, and support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in bid coordination, project management, or proposal writing.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with keen attention to detail.
