Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will assist with enhancing online visibility, managing content, and optimising digital campaigns across social media, SEO, paid advertising, and websites.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC and paid social media campaigns, monitoring ad performance and conducting A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximise conversions.
- Develop and execute end to end email marketing campaigns, from segmenting, through to email creation, A/B testing and post campaign reporting.
- Manage and update website content to improve UX and CRO.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings while also optimising website content, meta descriptions, and blog posts for better search
visibility. - Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams across all businesses to develop and execute a unified digital marketing strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Develop and manage content calendars for multiple brands across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging, industry-relevant content, including graphics, short-form videos, and thought leadership pieces.
- 2+ years experience in a similar digitally focused role
- B2C Services or Agency industry experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
