About the Role
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be integral to enhancing the digital footprint and strengthening the brand presence across various digital platforms. Your role will focus on crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. From managing social media channels to optimizing our online content for search engines and analyzing campaign performance, you will drive our digital marketing efforts forward with creativity and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, and blogs.
- Work with digital marketing specialist and marketing specialists on creating content that include but not limited to graphics, copywriting, a video content.
- Works with team members and brand managers to identify changes required to content, completing changes in wordpress and other cms platform
- Monitors the Google Analytics service and provides weekly/monthly reports on web traffic and statistics
- Identifies trends and patterns of customer behaviour, with recommendations for improvements in web design and content.
- Monitors search engine activities, page ranking, advising on search engine optimisation and implementing approved changes.
- Assist in managing Paid Google Search campaigns, constantly reviewing to improve effectiveness, and reporting monthly.
- Works with team members and manager to develop new website
- Manage social media platforms, create social media plans and post content and engage customers across multiple brands.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linked Ads Manager, EDM Platforms like Vision6).
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling content.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
