Work directly with the Marketing team and handle tasks across a broad range of retail client campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple stakeholder relationship across sales, external clients, and third party legal providers for creation of terms and conditions and reviewal process.
- Review consistency for terms and conditions between all assets available in the product offering in relation to loyalty competitions.
- Review consistency for creative assets between loyalty team and individual retailer guidelines.
- Lead data management of competitions for entrants, winners, and reserves, following the highest standards. Includes management of timelines.
- End to end delivery of winner notification via eDMs, updating internal member portals, and websites.
- Prize fulfilment for intangible prizes via the app or online
- 1-2 years experience in a similar marketing or media role
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to establish rapport with internal stakeholders
- Enjoys a team dynamic but can work independently
- Has ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly
- Great attention to detail
