Reporting To: Senior Manager – Business Support and Scope of Practice
Position Objective:
The objective of this position is to analyse, optimise, and support the success of one of Queensland's most successful programs. This includes supporting the delivery of training, implementation, and information to members and across the pharmacy industry.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Training Coordination: Analyse data and coordinate training, resources, and information delivery to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Material Development: Direct the creation of training and implementation materials according to requirements.
- Bridge the Gap: Develop effective methods for clearly explaining clinical and treatment decision-making protocols to pharmacists, utilising data insights and analysis to enhance business understanding.
- Compliance Monitoring: Use data to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legislation, safety frameworks, and professional guidelines.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor progress using project management tools.
- Support Scope of Practice Staff: Develop and optimise resources for pharmacists and pharmacies, respond to inquiries related to product activities, manage project marketing and communication with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Quality Improvement: Identify and rectify any non-conformances.
- Reporting & Recommendations: Develop reports and recommendations to optimise product uptake and success.
- Policy Adherence: Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Team Management: Manage a small team of professionals.
- Additional Support: Assist colleagues by completing other duties as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent tertiary qualifications in data analysis or management.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and change management within the health industry and/or similar fields.
- Have a methodical approach to work, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional time management, organisational, and administration skills with a 'sense of urgency' attitude towards tasks and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate, and positive manner.
- Confident in negotiation and dispute resolution.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to take on additional duties and go above and beyond the call of duty.
- Persistence and proactivity in addressing opportunities and achieving objectives.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously (including in an out-of-office situation) and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Capacity to consistently demonstrate high-level initiative.
- Strong Data, analytical and reporting experience.
- Current driver’s licence.
