Our client is a join a leading independent fuel and convenience retailer based in Port Melbourne. This is a 100% family-owned company that has been operating independent service stations throughout country Victoria since 1985. Currently they have 29 service stations that make up their far-reaching network across regional Victoria and New South Wales.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry of all supplier invoices received accurately and efficiently.
- Processing 100-150 invoices per day into SAP.
- Create, maintain and update supplier details.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions to supplier statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and provide support for audits.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in admin/data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent salary $60k - $65k + super
