The Organisation

Our client is a join a leading independent fuel and convenience retailer based in Port Melbourne. This is a 100% family-owned company that has been operating independent service stations throughout country Victoria since 1985. Currently they have 29 service stations that make up their far-reaching network across regional Victoria and New South Wales.
  
Responsibilities 
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
  • Data Entry of all supplier invoices received accurately and efficiently.
  • Processing 100-150 invoices per day into SAP.
  • Create, maintain and update supplier details.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions to supplier statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and provide support for audits.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in admin/data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
