About the role:
An exciting opporutnity for an Accountant / Analyst on an immediate notice has arisen within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of month end tasks, and maintaining accurate and compliant financial records. In this role, you'll work with Xero, monitor KPIs, handle data entry, and provide critical support with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities.

In this role, you'll work with Xero, monitor KPIs, handle data entry, and provide critical support with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and consistency across financial and operational systems.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as part of the FP&A process.
- Collaborate with teams to create financial reports and dashboards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, including reconciliations and transaction processing.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Experience in Accounting and Finance Analyst roles - Ideally from a smaller business having gained hands on experience.
- Experience in Accounting and as a Financial Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
