About the Role

The D2C Business Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing D2C Business Strategies, with a focus on Digital Marketing, NPD, Brand Management, Affiliate Channel Development, Website Management and Growth, Customer Advocacy and Team Leadership and Development.

The D2C Business Manager will have full ownership of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) P&L and is instrumental in the success and profitability of the online business and is responsible for managing the company’s vision for e-commerce.

You will be the driving force behind our D2C Business growth, bringing to the role the right experience, skills and experience to take this business forward


Key Responsibilities:
  • D2C Business Strategy: Across multiple pillars to drive D2C business growth
  • Budget Management: Monthly and Annual Budget Management
  • Business Reporting: Monthly/weekly performance reporting
  • Brand Ambassador: Develop a strategy to position and communicate the overall brand
  • New Product Development: Manage D2C new product strategy including new product identification, price benchmarking, launch strategy.
  • Website Optimisation and Growth: Champion CRO and enhancing the online consumer experience. Work with content specialist to optimise site performance
  • Marketing Innovation and thought Leadership: Support the development and execution of the Digital marketing Strategy and ensure we constant innovate to deliver Best in Class Marketing
  • Customer Advocate and Research: Understand our customer behaviours to continually drive an improved customer experience
  • Affiliate Marketing: Take charge of the affiliate channel marketing strategy, collaborating closely with the Web Content Specialist to ensure alignment with the overall website structure.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire the digital marketing team of 3, focusing on performance, development and growth

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 8+ years in Leadership roles across Digital Marketing and E-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and conversion rates through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce frameworks and have experience in driving growth across ECommerce Platforms
  • Proven experience in managing and optimising P&L for e-commerce operations.
