About the role:
Our client is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Experience Manager. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. The role involves playing a key part in ensuring the career transition programs exude excellence, engaging with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery. 
The role is 4 days a week, and office based in the CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional and impactful end-to-end client service. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, career coaches & marketing.
  • Support the delivery of career transition programs with professionalism and care.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including State Directors, to enhance engagement and service offerings.
  • Collate data & present findings & process improvement recommendations to the senior team.
Skills & Experience:
  • You excel in delivering premium level service & come from a customer centric role.
  • Background in customer experience, customer success, account management or high level customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a solutions-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a small business environment, understanding how to relate to various stakeholder groups. 
  • Enjoy utilising data trends to drive decision making.
