Sharp & Carter, the digital marketing experts, are back with another great digital role!

Due to the incumbent being promoted to Marketing Manager, I am looking for a Salesforce CRM Lead to take over this position.

The ideal candidate?  Please apply if you don't tick all boxes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow for automated business processes
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control systems and continuous integration
  • Hands on experience with CRM integration, particularly between Salesforce and SAP systems
  • Experience in optimizing Salesforce applications for improved business efficiency
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross functional teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement Salesforce platform architecture, standards, and best practices to support strategic business objectives
  • Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and OmniStudio
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to develop and optimize CRM strategies, with a focus on Salesforce integration and automation
  • Develop Salesforce APIs to ensure seamless integration with SAP and other external systems
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and other team members
  • Implement and manage Account Engagement (Pardot) tools to streamline marketing automation, creating HTML optimized Emails and enhance campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data, using reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all Salesforce solutions are well documented, tested and aligned with best practices
  • Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Continuously improve and optimize Salesforce processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization

  • Experience with additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or MuleSoft
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not essential
