This newly created role offers you the opportunity to work on BAU activities, but also launch their Loyalty Program later this year.
What I am looking for…
Strategic Email Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with the brand.
You will have experience setting up complicated and detailed email workflows and campaigns.
Data-Driven Segmentation and Performance Optimisation: Utilise comprehensive data analysis to define, construct, and manage customer segments.
Continually looking to optimise campaigns through ongoing analysis, actionable insights and exceed KPI’s and business objectives.
Compelling copy writing: You will have the ability to write, test and refine email copy via the subject line and body of the email, which converts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Marketing Integration: Collaborate with various marketing team members and partners to ensure the broader business strategy and objectives are achieved.
Innovation, Trends, and Adaptation: Research and share industry trends, competitor activities, and innovative strategies. Implement these insights to drive continuous improvement, adapting strategies for optimal results and staying abreast of evolving digital marketing technologies.
Localisation, Segmentation and Emotional Brand Engagement: Tailor and deliver regional (or out of area) specific, email plans that resonate with each market; and always be looking to improve segmentation data across your email programs.

Who will you be working closely with?
A Brand Manager, a Graphic Designer, a Performance Marketing Manager, a Marketing Assistant, a Marketing Coordinator, the Co-Founders and the broader Logistics and Customer Success team.
What Martech do we use?
We’d prefer someone who has experience with Klaviyo, but don’t let it rule you out.
Experience with HTML, CSS and Google Analytics.
Are you keen to jump the queue and fast track an interview?
Bonus points if you have experience with subscription and/or loyalty programs. We are a subscription-based business and we’re looking to kick start our loyalty program mid-2025.
