About the Role
  
Sharp & Carter are partnering with a leading Australian retailer in their search for a CRM & CX Insights Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition across the customer journey. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll design and implement a CRM strategy that builds loyalty, increases customer lifetime value, and drives conversion rates through data-driven insights.

In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage customer insights and analytics to design targeted campaigns, refine customer journey touchpoints, and manage our Customer Data Platform (CDP) for a seamless, personalized experience across both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Manage the new CDP to support omni-channel strategy, using data insights to define core customer segments and tailor marketing activities accordingly.
  • Lead the development of automated, trigger-based communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fully integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on CRM performance to drive continuous improvement and meet business KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a senior CRM role with extensive experience in data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and omni-channel campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Proven experience with CDP management, ideally with platforms like Emarsys, Braze, Lexer etc. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
