As a CRM Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with customers. You’ll help design and execute CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty, improve retention, and ensure every customer feels at home with Freedom.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless customer communication.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer feedback initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and tools to optimize our customer experience.
- Experience: 2+ years in CRM, marketing, or a related role, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Creativity: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to craft engaging, personalized campaigns.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
