Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Manager and working within a close knit team, your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
  • Looking after a ledger of key, high value accounts
  • Following up on outstanding accounts
  • Issuing credits, recharges & journals
  • Account reconciliations
  • Monthly reporting as well as;
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar Credit Officer role within a medium/large organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to discuss problems with clients and determine solutions
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and prioritise urgent work
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
