Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your role will include the following duties:
- Manage medium to large sized account reconciliations.
- Resolving account inquiries as quickly as possible.
- Make payment allocations and collections of overdue accounts.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Assist with system implementation
- Assisting in credit projects when required.
- Help improve the level of DSO.
- Daily collection calling
- Previous collections experience
- Prior experience in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, a willingness to provide support in a team environment, and have a keen eye for detail.
