As they enter a new phase of growth, the Finance Manager will support the CFO by managing the day-to-day financial operations and team.
The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with the Site Operations team to support their business strategy;
- Customer & product pricing, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting;
- Understand key cost drivers and measure performance against targets;
- Provide commentary on financial performance identifying opportunities to drive growth;
- Scenario modelling to drive profit delivery initiatives;
- Inventory management and working capital;
- Product costing and manufacturing production analysis;
- Forecasting activities and budget variance;
- Provide business partnering insights and support to the site; and
- Create business case financials for Site Operations projects.
To be successful in this role you will be CA/CPA/CIMA qualified, have strong Product Costing and Business Partnering skills as well as excellent attention to detail. Your interpersonal and communication skills are first class, and you can easily relate to people at a variety of levels within an organisation. Previous experience within an FMCG or Manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
