Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support ELT, around budgets, forecasts, actual spending, reporting and financial accountability.
- Preparation of monthly financial and management reports, including but not limited to profit and loss, balance sheet, creditors, debtors, and job costing.
- Process month end journals of depreciation, prepayments, provisions, and perform balance sheet reconciliations for review.
- Prepare and report on statutory compliance matters including PAYG, BAS, FBT, payroll tax, Super and other requirements.
- Performing ad hoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource allocation.
- Support CFO and Project Managers to improve the accuracy of data and business efficiency.
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of communications and resolution of issues.
