About the Role:
Reporting to APAC General Manager, the role’s primary mandate is to oversee and manage the Australian operations. As the Commercial Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our financial strategy, providing insightful analysis, and driving operational excellence across our ANZ operation, day to day you will be involved in the following:
- Oversee full estimation function
- Drive sales team for estimation variance and costing
- Present pricing proposals at APAC price weekly meetings
- Provide weekly actual v estimate pricing analysis and investigate the different
- Job costing estimation and prepare margin analysis reporting insight for all customers
As the successful candidate you will either be CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in a commercial operations leadership role within a global manufacturing environment. You will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and job costing, pricing, reporting, and estimation. This role will require your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions and tell the story behind the numbers.
