The Position: We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Finance Leader to take on a key role within the finance team. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your financial expertise will be crucial in guiding the organisation toward continued success and growth in 2025, ensuring both operational efficiency and alignment with long-term business objectives.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update client budgets and service agreements to ensure they accurately reflect current needs and agreements.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes and timely outcomes.
• Drive optimal financial performance and achieve budgetary goals.
• Assess the financial viability of budgets and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify challenges, and explore opportunities for enhancement.
• Lead and support initiatives focused on boosting profitability and improving financial efficiency.
• Use financial analysis to craft innovative commercial solutions that support operational strategies.
• Produce regular financial reports, including billing outcomes, revenue forecasts, and debtor aging analysis.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to assess business opportunities and assist with informed decision-making.

Skills and Experience

• NDIS industry experience preferred
• CA/CPA qualifications (or working towards) combined with relevant degree in business or finance related fields
• Data analysis and presentation of relevant reporting is a must
• Business partnering and strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong excel and systems abilities
