About the role
An exciting immediate start role with a industry-leading FMCG organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their team. This Commercial Contracts Specialist role will involve reviewing supplier contract terms and translating these terms into the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Initially this will be a short-term contract role, however there is the opportunity for extension.
The responsibilities
Reporting direct to the Commercial Contracts Manager, your main duties will include:
- Read through and analyse supplier contract terms
- Accurately input and translate these terms into the company CLM system
- Work closely with the Commercial Contracts Manager for guidance but also to be able to operate independently
- Assist the wider team with ad hoc projects when required.
Ideally, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a keen attention to detail, be "hands-on" and feel confident working within a large and dynamic organisation.
