Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Insights & Analysis: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve all aspects of the supply chain.
- KPI & Month-End Reporting: Develop and enhance reporting for key supply chain metrics, including financial performance and transport cost analysis.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Partner with stakeholders to prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses across supply chain activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships between internal teams and the supply chain function to improve service levels and deliver key business outcomes.
- Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance reporting processes and support the wider operations team on key projects.
- Systems & Data Management: Build and maintain systems that support supply chain finance and align with broader business goals.
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a professional qualification (CA, CPA) or working towards one.
- At least 4 years’ experience in supply chain analysis within FMCG or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with statistical and trend analysis, data management, and ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and warehousing processes is highly desirable.
