About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an immediate start with a leading creative company, seeking a commercially focused finance professional to join their team. As a Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing financial insights that drive creative and commercial success.

• Support the practice-level forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial projections.
• Develop and maintain financial models to enhance budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyse variance between actuals and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering financial guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Manage business unit costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through cost structure analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and challenges.
• Provide financial analysis and modelling to support key strategic initiatives.

 Requirements:     

• CA/CPA/CIMA Qualified, or studying towards.  
• Strong commercial acumen, enabling you to support business leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Experience in FP&A, including planning, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Passionate about driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• A commercially minded professional who thrives in a corporate environment.
• Skilled at reviewing business practices and identifying areas for improvement.
• Enjoy implementing enhancements in reporting and planning processes, aligned with the Finance roadmap.
