Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding RNs and clinical team development.
- Delivering top-tier care for all residents.
- Ensuring clinical documentation and compliance by adhering to clinical governance policies and procedures
- Coordination and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with external healthcare partners.
- Facilitate comprehensive assessment and care planning processes
Key Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of one year of clinical manager experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a secure and challenging environment.
- Sound understanding of case assessment and use of AN-ACC
