About the Role:

Sharp & Carter is thrilled to partner with a leading and well-established national firm specialising in private wealth financial services as they seek to introduce a dynamic Client Service Officer to their lively team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Client Services and supporting the Team Leader of Client Services to effectively coordinate and provide administrative support while building and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate administrative tasks, including customer bookings and contract management.
• Prompt and timely completion of relevant duties and tasks.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently.
• Address and process customer requirements promptly and accurately.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant industry standards and SLA’s.
• Proactively manage risk identification and appropriately report to the Team Leader.
• Organize and participate in events and team meetings.
• Manage general logistics and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• A proactive, accountable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
