The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead AAPG into a new era of growth and transformation. They require an engaging and strategic leader who can foster collaboration, drive operational excellence, and unite the organisation under a shared vision. Balancing stabilisation with growth, the CEO will work closely with the Managing Director and the Group Leadership Team to streamline operations, align systems, and build a culture of accountability and trust.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the vision for the business. Drive operationalisation of this strategy to achieve long-term objectives.
- Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability, ensuring alignment across brands and teams. Engage with staff to embed values of trust, accountability, focus, and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee business continuity across brands, aligning systems and processes to build efficiency and foster scalabe growth. This will include reducing system duplication and enhancing IT infrastructure.
- Team Development: Ensure the right people are in place in the right roles to deliver on the organisation’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Commercial: Develop and finalise the commercial plan within the first six months, setting the foundation for sustainable revenue growth and cost optimisation.
- Stakeholders: Be the key liaison for Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group with the board and stakeholders, locally and globally, representing Aeroklas in alignment with the Eastern Polymer Group’s broader objectives.
You are a proven executive leader with at least three years’ experience in a CEO or similar role. You will bring deep experience within the automotive products or related sectors. You possess a unique blend of strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and cultural leadership, with a track record of aligning teams and driving transformation. Your ability to listen, engage, and build trust will be critical, as will your understanding of local and global business landscapes.
Other key skills and attributes include:
- Extensive experience leading in complex, multi-brand, multi-site environments. Strong people leadership, with a focus on building collaboration.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and improving P&L performance.
- Relevant qualifications with MBA or similar highly regarded
