We're working with a local government council who are seeking a Change Manager to join their transformation and change team. This is a 2 year contract with the potential of an extension.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage stakeholders across various areas of the organisation to bring them along the change journey
• Support change management activities across various projects
• Create frameworks and processes to support change functions for the long-term

Key experience you would have includes:

• Strong communication and engagement skills in an environment new to change management
• ProSci certification highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in Change Manager roles
