About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Manager to oversee their operational, administrative, and financial functions. This role involves managing a diverse team of 12 professionals and reporting directly to the Executive General Manager.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, streamline processes, and implement best practices to optimise productivity.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 12, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.
• Administrative Oversight: Supervise administrative tasks including office management, compliance, and internal communications.
• Financial Management: Handle financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure financial goals are met and oversee financial reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and markets.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a commercial, branch or state management role, ideally within the promotional merchandise or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent operational, administrative, and financial acumen.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the fitness and healthcare industries is a plus.
