Sharp and Carter are seeking an Administator for a well establish NFP organisation based in Sydney's Crows Nest area, and also within walking distance from St. Leonards station. This is role will be best suited to someone who has experience working with small businesses, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable using general CRM's. Providing quality and efficient business support services, with a focus on high-level customer service to facilitate the smooth running of the organization, improve efficiencies, and enable the organization to meet its strategic objectives. The position supports and works closely with the team, CEO, committees, state branches, Federal Council, as well as third parties.
This is a permanent role so applicants must have full Australian working rights.
The Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of database and admin email account
- Coordinate the membership renewal process
- Office Management and Administration
- Manage all office administration duties including reception, organising travel, and ensuring the office is maintained
- Take minutes of key meetings and events
- Keep members up to date and informed about updated and news across the business
- Taking phone calls from members regarding renewals
- Process payments and update contact details in CRM
- Sending follow up emails / dealing with public enquiries
