- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in a senior business development or key account management role within the construction or fit-out sphere.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and ability to meet revenue targets.
- Proficient in project management and problem-solving.
- Background in commercial property or network with Leasing Agents, Tennant Rep's or Project Managers would be highly regarded
