Duties:
  • Take an active role in analysis, design and support of the company CRM system delivering sales administration, workflows, data and reporting.
  • Coordinate sales workflows between departments and within the sales team to ensure delivery of services, client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Take an active role in projects that support for the company CRM system to ensure effective data recording and flows, reporting and streamlined sales processes.
  • Collection and analysis lead data, assigning, following up or coordinating with sales team within the CRM.
  • Learning and utilizing internal software and systems to complete work and communicate effectively specifically but not limited to Zoho One, Harvest and Office365.
  • Actively participate, organise and take notes in meetings, seminars, webinars, conferences & events as required.
  • Actively sell software and services according to Global Sales Manager instructions and company policies.
  • Active participation in strategic projects aimed at broadening market reach, new products/services, and boosting revenue, from inception to completion.
  • Further the company sales by supporting, identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing consistent follow-up to maximize conversions and meet sales objectives with the Global Sales Manager.
  • Under the direction of the Global Sales Manager provide support to the sales team in their roles to drive sales.
  • Developing and updating sales related materials, quotes, tenders, and other sales resources to meet the needs of our target market, clients and our goals.
  • Understand and support our business targets relative to your role and actively strive to meet all targets.
