The Brand Manager for this FMCG Giant has primary responsibility for leading the Snacks Portfolio across ANZ and Asia, with ambitions to double the business through innovation and geographic expansion.
Key responsibilities
- The role has a great blend of classic brand management and strong commercial challenges, responsible for building brand equity and driving brand growth through all consumer touchpoints.
- This role will help develop and lead our strategy across innovation, sustainability and geographic expansion and works closely with our sales partners in ANZ and Asia.
- The Brand Manager works with the cross functional team on key priorities and developing a future focus for the category which includes a 3-year strategic plan.
- As part of this, the role will work with regional teams on key international priorities and projects.
- There is also a strong focus on working with R&D, operations, co-mans and cross functional teams on executing key projects, whilst ensuring optimal commercial return.
- A strong growth mindset is required as there is considerable opportunity for growth and the business’s strong appetite for innovation and global expansion.
- The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, ability to build brands and develop and execute innovation.
- Develop a rolling consumer led innovation and sustainability roadmap, and project manage through to market execution.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce
- 3-5 years FMCG marketing experience ideally within food but not essential
- Experience across NPD and Innovation with FMCG
- Track record in Brand Marketing with a Strong Commercial Acumen
- Strong Project Management Skills.
