About The Role
- Schedule and plan daily delivery and pickup runs with time and cost efficiencies whilst balancing client expectations
- Be responsible for the coordination of repairs and maintenance on a small fleet of MR trucks and site forklifts
- Be the point of contact for operational staff to problem solve and provide direction throughout the day
- Drive a safety culture and manage WHS compliance
- Prioritise and manage customer relations delivery
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Actively work on building customer relationships, acquiring new customers and new projects to build the branch
- Proven 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (hire or construction industry advantageous)
- Full Driver’s license (MR Truck License advantageous)
- MUST HAVE - High Risk Work License – Forklift
- IT savvy
- Proven people management experience & strong interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced
environment
