Position Description
With attitude, team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their organisation on a part time or full time basis (to suit your needs). You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
- Accurately and efficiently process the fortnightly and monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Interpreting various EBAs and awards
- Processing new starters, terminations, payroll adjustments etc
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to employee, supplier and customer queries
- Reconciliations
- Administrative and customer service duties
- Providing support to the close knit finance team where required
Ideal Candidate
Our client is ideally looking for someone with strong end to end payroll experience, and experience in a broader accounts environment to compete AP/AR duties. You will be an energetic & passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and assisting the Finance Manager and close knit finance team when required. Additionally, you will have impeccable verbal and written communication, with an excellent ability to multi-task, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude!
