This is an exciting opportunity for a payroll professional to take a step into a supportive environment and be apart of a payroll team. This is an end to end payroll officer position working for well known logistics organisation across Australia. This role would suit a payroll officer with 3-5 years of payroll experience, looking for exposure to NZ Payroll and multiple EBA's & Awards.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinating weekly payroll for a 800 employees across ANZ within a team based environment
- Processing of new starter and leaver paperwork
- Responding to payroll queries
- Payroll salary increases and assisting with end of month and end of year activities
- Superannuation & PAYG calucations
- Working across multiple EBA's & Awards across different states
- 3+ years experience in end to end payroll
- Proactive + High levels of attention to detail
- Effective time management & organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
- Intermediate- Advanced Excel Skills
- Flexible working arrangements | 3 days office & 2 from home
- Western Sydney Location - Parking on site
- Work within a closeknit and supportive team
