About the Role:
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions on property transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends, legislation, and market developments affecting real estate law.
- Australian or NZ Qualified lawyer with a strong background in real estate law.
- At least 2-3 years PQE
- Ideally be coming from a highly regarded firm
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
