You'll be managing 8 restaurants in the centre of Melbourne and wearing multiple hats to build success across your area.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales whilst controlling costs to maximize profits in each restaurant.
- Embrace a customer first approach and inspire your team to embrace it.
- Getting your sleeves rolled up, leading by example and supporting wherever your team needs you.
- Ensure successful launches of new menu items by collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Uphold all talent management including hiring and, retention and development.
- Must have experience of managing 10+ people in a team
- Ideally have experience within the QSR field, however very open to someone who is open to learn this area
- Have built a very high performing team
- Proven commercial experience managing P&L, roster budgets and costs
