Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and execute the operations of existing business applications as well as driving the implementation of enterprise wide systems
- Engage stakeholders across various areas of the organisation, providing technical expertise and optimising their access to the support team, addressing any critical system improvements
- Manage a team of technical support staff, providing technical knowledge and assistance as well as supporting individual career growth
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of technical resources
- Experience working with SaaS based applications as well as key ERP, HR, CRM systems and cloud platforms is essential
