About the role:
Sharp & Carter is thrilled to be partnering with an industry-leading scent marketing agency boasting 7 offices worldwide as they seek to introduce a full-time administration assistant to their expanding team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Sales Team and various other administrative and customer service functions to enhance customer engagement through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks.
  • Address customer inquiries and needs via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) and customer replenishment orders.
  • Coordinate bookings for hotels, flights, and other travel needs.
  • Prepare and send marketing materials and fragrance samples to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
  • Compile reports for management and perform data entry tasks.
  • Communicate professionally and represent the company’s values.
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as directed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional, engaging, and friendly demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and client record management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including Business Development Managers.
  • A tertiary qualification in business or marketing is preferred, but not essential.
