About the role 

As an Administrator in Member Services, your primary focus will be on data entry, administrative support, and some customer service over the phone. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting membership growth and retention strategies, and ensuring a seamless experience for members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and support Branch Member briefings and membership-related events.
  • Collaborate with Member Services and Branch staff to enhance member experience and engagement.
  • Assist the Manager, Membership and Business Support with Branch Committee meeting papers and reports.
  • Contribute to Branch membership strategies and campaigns for growth and retention.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support Victorian Branch campaigns and membership renewals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve member inquiries, and support administrative tasks.
  • Manage CRM database to maintain accurate information about members.
  
Requirements
  • Proactive, adaptable, and assertive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
