Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading logistics company in the South-East suburbs to recruit a dynamic Administration Officer on a full-time basis. This role will involve providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the logistics framework.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to relevant departments.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and issues.
- Supporting the logistics team with order processing and related documentation.
- Maintaining accurate administrative records and databases.
- Assisting in coordinating shipments and logistics operations.
- Performing general office duties such as filing and data entry.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- A passion for providing excellent support to both internal teams and customers.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
