About the Role:

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading logistics company in the South-East suburbs to recruit a dynamic Administration Officer on a full-time basis. This role will involve providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the logistics framework.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to relevant departments.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and issues.
  • Supporting the logistics team with order processing and related documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate administrative records and databases.
  • Assisting in coordinating shipments and logistics operations.
  • Performing general office duties such as filing and data entry.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • A passion for providing excellent support to both internal teams and customers.
  • A friendly and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
