Overview
Our client, an ASX listed company, are leaders in design, application and maintenance of advanced systems. They pride themselves on their 24/7 customer service for mechanical, electrical and automation support to a variety of industries.
They are seeking an immediately available Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team in Dandenong on a temporary basis.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a close-knit team, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily banking and bank reconciliations
Generating and issuing of invoices for clients
Collection calls and emails
Assisting in the setting up of payment plans
Credit applications
Any other ad hoc accounts duties
About You
You are someone with strong initiative, who can work effectively and collaboratively within a team (a real team player). Our ideal candidate will have 1 year experience minimum in an Accounts Receivable or similar role.
