Our client is an independent external dispute resolution scheme for the financial services industry in Australia. Due to company growth, they are searching for a hands-on Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller and working as part of a team, your daily tasks will include the following duties:
- Accounts receivable
- Managing billing and collection activities
- Preparation and posting of journals
- Issuing invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Processing of receipts
- Credit control
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
- Ideally have worked in professional services
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholders
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Supportive management team
