The Role
Reporting into the Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Processing sales orders daily
- Monitor orders for major wholesalers
- Maintain customer specific pricing
- Manage customer enquires
- Process financial invoices & credits as required
- Reconcile and maintain the customer accounts
- Reconciliation of online payments
- Review and process new account applications including credit checks
- Promptly investigate claims and deductions made by customers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Process daily bank reconciliation and cashflow reporting
- Ad-hoc support as required
Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Full function receivables experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to naturally build relationships
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Process improvement experience or involvement
