A reputable & growing business based in the Macquarie Park are has a need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join this team on an 6-week interim contract cover. Working within this supportive and friendly team-oriented environment, the role will suit a professional who has previous AR experience and oversee 1 established AR Officer. Our client is located to close to Macquarie Park Metro and offer 2 days Working From Home!

The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the Financial Controlelr you will be responsible for reducing debts and collecting of outstanding monies as well as:
- Be responsible in the full end-to-end Accounts Receivable function.
- Be responsible in the full end-to-end Accounts Receivable function.
- Daily bank reconciliation and clearing of outstanding bank entries
- Updating monthly balance sheet reconciliations for debtors’ balances and accounts receivable portfolio.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
- Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
