A brilliant opportunity presents for an experienced and passionate Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer to join their team as soon as possible.
Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a debtors ledger of national accounts
- Daily allocation and receipting of payments
- Follow up on outstanding debt
- Daily banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks
- Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the broader finance team
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven Accounts Receivable & Credit experience within a large scale organisation, as well as the following attributes:
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to successfully partner with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience using Microsoft Dynamics or a similar large ERP system is highly advantageous
