Position Description

With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join their team. Reporting directly to the Transactional Team Leader, the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Managing a debtors ledger of national accounts
  • Daily reconciliation of the accounts 
  • Follow up on outstanding debt 
  • Daily banking 
  • Allocation and receipting of payments 
  • Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks
  • Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the broader finance team

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven Accounts Receivable & Credit experience within a large scale organisation, as well as the following attributes:
  • 5+ years experience managing a multi-million dollar ledger
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
