This well known and Leading Manufacturing Organisation based in Smithfield has a need for a Accounts Receivable Administrator. This role is well suited to someone from a Accounts Receivable background wanting to continue their career development or someone from a Customer Service/Admin background wanting to start their career in Accounts Receivable - this role will be guided by you!
This role provides flexibility to work from home 2 days per week after initial 2-3 month training period.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the National Credit Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage customer enquires, both internal and external
- High level processing and data entry of stock
- Assess and investigate of claims – liaising with internal / external parties re: stock
- Provide customers with updates and resolutions
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Invoice generation and allocations
- Other duties as delegated by manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with internal/external stakeholders
- Must have proven and previous experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Administration
- Confident with Excel (particularly, V-Look Ups)
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and work in a fast paced environments
- High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
